GPips, depends on your settings, check if onCurrent (candle) is false or true. I guess, in your settings is set to false.

GPips, it will alert you on arrow on single pair, if you set to 2 then it will alert you when 2 arrows align on 2 currency pairs.

Poruchik, because is set to first close candle. Take a look indicator settings and set onCurrent = true, then you'll see arrows on current bar. I prefer on first close candle.
