PA tells me stay out. Sometimes it does a slow grind up, hell maybe it goes to 3400 but why take the risk for a poor signal

Volatilities been a bit low tonight, I missed the 3400 short as it happened b4 NY open. I may take 3350 long depending on PA and how much longer it takes to get there. Naturally 3400 is the target with appropriate trade management.
