I made a manual exit on this for no win and no loss. In 1 hour it has done nothing and also USDX is trying hard to get under 103 level. So, back to the long grass......

I suppose it would I use the spare hot water for other things too, like washing the dishes or for steaming the veggies. It just seems nice to have the hot water saved and ready to go. I suppose even the power saved, if any, is a very tiny amount ...

I save my hot water in a thermos flask. It seems silly, but I see no reason to keep boiling water again and again. I boil it once and save the rest. When I want more water for coffee, I boil the water from the thermos flask that is already hot and ...
