@fteller @Fiure now i get how it works, but i have locked two trades and arbitrage conditions are not happening, it is almost 1 day now. I am using VPS in NY, and the software is showing latency 60 ms.

I have downloaded the application, and locked a trade like in the video, but i don't understand how do i make profit? please explain.

Could somebody tell me please what is lock arbitrage? is it another name for 2-leg arbitrage where you open two hedged orders on two different brokers when arbitrage conditions triggers?

i tried hedging with them today, and found no problem. as they told you in the chat, they are still not approved by the NFA so they don't have to apply thier rules until they get approved
