I have many disconnects too during London open. That is worse than slippage or spread widening :-(

I agree, yesterdays range was 360 pips but today is not that bad. Range of 120 pips during todays London is still OK, better than range of 40 pips. Today is close to average day. Not extraordinary, not bad too. BTW, 400 pips, wow.

I think you refer to Monday's London session. My orders were delayed 2 seconds or so but the connection status indicator was yellow and then I was disconnected few times during London session. Luckily I still made profit.
