Not much. Trading by my own rules with orderflow and volume profile. However, I'm always checking the thread to see what's going on but i don't participate since I don't have much to add to "Mr.Pip's legacy" if you will. I'm more likely to distract ...

Ratios & Harmonics: a Different Way to Trade
    • x3m-PippiN replied Aug 7, 2020

I'll just say one thing. A "strong" candle in one direction on a volume/tick chart doesn't mean anything when you have no idea if it happened because of lack of resting orders to stop it, or actual sellers/buyers that pushed through liquidity, or ...

Ratios & Harmonics: a Different Way to Trade
    • x3m-PippiN replied Aug 7, 2020

I used to trade with volume bars. Made more sense back in the days. CME breaks down large trades to match them according to the opposing resting orders so the "ticks" aren't an accurate representation of strong selling/buying... not that volume bars ...

Damian, I have already contacted support. Waiting for a reply.

Hello and welcome back, Damian! It's nice to see that you're in the battlefield with us and I hope everything has been well while you were taking a break from the thread. Now I've been noticing people saying they lack confidence or consistency with ...

Ratios & Harmonics: a Different Way to Trade
    • x3m-PippiN replied Mar 19, 2020

If we have bigger projection on the current swing, we would expect a shallower correction (38% - 50%) and if we have a reduction in projection we would expect a mid to deep correction (50% -61% -78%).

It's level 2 (not 3) data. And yes, the auction vista (liquidity chart) comes with the DOM. There is also a neat Time & Sales window and other little tools. Over all it's a pretty nice peace of software with constant upgrades.

    • x3m-PippiN replied Mar 16, 2020

Thanks for the clear explanation! I don't personally use the cumulative delta. I prefer watching each individual candle's delta. And yes I have Jigsaw's tools but I have replicated them in my Sierra charts platform so I don't use them anymore. I ...

Ratios & Harmonics: a Different Way to Trade
    • x3m-PippiN replied Mar 16, 2020

You're viewing absorption as cumulative delta decreasing in an up move in an area of interest, correct? Do you look at actual bids and offers in the footprint or do you use the DOM for execution? Also what timeframe is this? One last question ...

Ratios & Harmonics: a Different Way to Trade
    • x3m-PippiN replied Mar 12, 2020

I really enjoy seeing traders who use orderflow. I use it myself after I tried doing what Mr.Pip is teaching and failing. From my experience and knowledge there are multiple ways to trade and be profitable, some people trade only on charts and some ...

Pair-me-up, like usual you avoid the questions asked by members. Instead of writing 2 long posts and beating around the bush, you could've written one post explaining your entry. I've known PeterT for some time now and he definitely knows what ...

    • x3m-PippiN replied Feb 25, 2020

Guys I don't trade Damian's method and I wasn't even profitable with it and here I am defending the system...so instead of shitting on the system maybe look inward. When I don't like a song I just don't listen to it...I don't sit there and complain ...

bmdenton has posted stats of the "bot" with the settings set to the first 2-3 hours of the session..and guess what ..it was still profitable ...SHOCKER !!! The 40/200 setting is to remove very immediate OF and those huge swings that don't even make ...

    • x3m-PippiN replied Feb 25, 2020

This is great! I realized something this days... I mentioned on the discord channel that if people aren't profitable with this system they should probably try and learn orderflow (dom, footprint etc) and look up auction market theory but I discussed ...

Well, it would be nice to know the reasons behind your entries and where you actually entered so we can see it on our own charts and someday maybe we can build the skills to be profitable as you.
