Yeah sorry. Try searching for Control Panel on right you will see View Installed Updates or Installed Updates, it should also give you a list of all updates installed. Other than that it is beyond my scope...sorry.

Hopefully this will help finding your updates. You mnay also control the frequency or even pause updates so that way you control what and when updates happen. Sorry for clogging the thread I couldn't get images on PM.
