Copy the whole MT4 folder to wherever you want to store it on the PC then run the Terminal.exe file in the folder. You can create a shortcut of the exe file on to your desktop.

By the way...I just figured out why the indicator was freezing my MT4, because my EU M5 chart had history going back 2 years...I use older data for back testing. Once I cleared out the EU M5 history file it is now responding instantly.
