It doesn't matter if he's talking about 10 second pivots. Price does not ever have to return to any pivot. As someone so eloquently and accurately put it before, price will do what price does... regardless of a line you draw on your chart.

Check out the 4 hour EURUSD chart. I'm about to head out so no chart, but the PA looks suspiciously like an inverted H&S. At a low + a long decline preceding it, it could be a powerful signal.
