What I remember is if a price make rotation few pips below or above the level (5 min TF) it indicates a cumulation of volumes which usually leads to overshooting the level with few pips.

I can't speak for Dale, but I think that the reason is that the level was too fresh in the morning.

I am out. It seems like the level was a bit higher edit: SL hit with only 0,5 pip. The level was not bad. After reversal it arrived directly to the TP.
