i have tried longer time frames and I could never be consistent. you have a winner for a few days then if you have a loser then it can last a week in a long drawn out process. Plus always stressing about overnight action. everyone who says longer ...

i had that issue to. even when i installed a fresh copy of windows 7. so i reformatted again and fixed the issue. id try the above option by deleting that file as i have dual monitors also.

its not just trading, i work full time and sit in front of a computer all day just like a lot of people. I guess its just an occupational thing and yeah just try to take care of yourself by having small breaks n stuff.
