If your target is dynamic (equity or balance) and you have a relatively big equity then it would not close or the price has gone too far one way or if the maximum open profit orders number is high.

I also noticed the same in my demos. Is it a bug in the EA? Perhaps radityo.ardi can shed some more light on it.

I think price is more likely to be trapped with buy stop orders rather than limit orders unless it is a retracement on a higher time frame. Please check your charts for support resistance levels and see the state of market on higher time frames ...
