I have to agree with you. Cutting out dead wood always helps the plant to prosper and grow stronger. I really do not see the downside except for the countries which leave.

I can fully understand you. I have very little patience for the idiocy which often goes on here so I have very rarely been posting and only looking in more and more sporadically. If you would be willing, I would be interested in joining your group ...

Unless, as in the case of other negative USD news, it is cause for money to flea to what are perceived as safe havens--including USD. This most likely will be very negative news for the US but may perversely cause USD to be bought and thus drop EU. ...

Usually when it is a stop hunt, then things reverse fairly promptly and there has been no sign of that as yet.

It simply depends on whether one is willing to jump when the US says jump or not.

Baffled — I have not really understood any of the yen strength lately. Fundamentally the yen is in worse shape than the USD. This is difficult to accomplish but the debt in Japan is worse, the problems have been around longer and the recent ...

So far there have only been some half-hearted attempts to go up. If the bulls intend to have any chance at all of moving the pair up they had better either start lifting weights fast or take some iron tablets. Feels more like a consolidation prior ...

There is an existing s/r at 1.3246 which so far seems to be containing any attempt at upward movement. At this point in time that may be the limit of any upward movement. It may not return to the session high.

I cannot imagine anythng good enough coming out of Europe to turn this around that much. The only thing I can see would be if there were moderately good news from the US which would increase risk appetite and thus move the EU up. I do not really ...
