LiteFinance is still down and no updates of any kind yet.

Not just MT4, even their website is completely down too.Ttoo.The worst is that they are yet to give updates... It is a sad story.

Exactly. Stop loss may be moved only in the event of structural adjustment in the light of technical analysis. Moving stop loss blindly does not make sense to me either

You can always use pivot points creatively even all by itself. For instance, if i) Price is moving below monthly pivot point ii) Price is moving below weekly pivot point iii) Price is moving above daily pivot, Won`t it be logical to sell whenever ...

Yes, pivot point is very powerful and straight forward. I can`t do without it.

I think this strategy has some elements of price action in it.

My own observation in forex trading over a reasonable length of time shows that Hit rate is inversely proportional to risk -to- reward ratio (RR).

I like your conclusion: 1. High hit rate + low RR = profitable result 2. High RR + low hit rate = profitable result

I try to stand in between RR and high hit rate. I found that that RR does not matter more than hi rate. So I try to ensure that they enhance each other. Some traders aim for 1:10...I think that is more unlikely.

I am also beginning to think more of high hit rate and less of rr these days.

I agree with you. Building a system that is characterised with high win rate reinforces one psychologically.

Trading is a psychological adventure...High hit rate tends to boost emotions than low hit rate. Who on earth would dare opening another trade after after suffering a loss of 30 trades in a row?
