@ magicpips i'm the same I spoke to KPMG and they said my account is witheld. I didnt have any chf trades open so guess i'm one of the lucky ones who they cant verify information for.

So are they saying the only people who havent had access to the claims portal are the ones with open chf trades ? KPMG are a joke i didnt have any chf trades and i still have no access to the claims portal.

I think they are just working out the closing prices for the chf trades and they will be trying to claim negative balances back.
