put the indi in the strategy tester and watch the last three bars. you will see them changing. only the last bar should change in a non repainting indi

not sure I understand what you mean, do you mean there is two weeks without signal ? yes the signals are sparse only 30-40 per pair in two years, but if you trade all pairs you'll get around 1000 trades so it's around 2 trades per day
