Maybe you can offer that, yet you don't. 1. In terms of pricing, your $100k eval is on a par with FTMO and MFF (give and take $500) 2. In your program, unlike your competitors, the $500 not reimbursed 3. Leverage: I am not an advocate of ...

Yeah, I hear you. I also routinely hit +20% floating profit in a 24 hour cycle. It's like Murphy's Law, just when I have +20% floating, my wife asks me to update the family holiday photo album and I forget to close out the trades. Next thing the ...

Tim, The goal posts are being moved - I suspect based on feedback/input/remarks on this thread - by the managers of the prop firm in question. Payout cap was there 24 hours ago, it's suddenly gone. Some other aspects might all of a sudden magically ...

Well, I looked at the specs via the "Trading Platform" link their website provided. If it says USD 7 RT elsewhere on their website, fair enough. Not good enough for me though. By far. My current pay-to-play provider charges USD 3 RT / standard lot. ...

Pushing it, I trade a max of 40 contracts US500.cash / $100k capital. Slippage depends, if your strategy caters for it, try to use limit orders. If you can, stay away from stop orders and trade copiers to avoid getting hammered on your fills. LuXing

Yes, I do know something. It appears to me that you're not a trader because your focus is totally off. Traders care about risk management and extracting money from the markets (or extracting $$$ from other traders if you like so). Here, I just spent ...

Hi Nik, Hope all's well, in spite of all those wildfire disasters. UJ's a decent setup. Entered during Asian session, took half off at +30 pips (stop was 20 pips) and trailing the remaining half down to wherever the market's taking it. Cheers, LuXing ...

Gil, There's really no reason to be on the defensive. Please correct me, but I don't think I am spreading misleading info at all. A $ 13.000 evaluation account allows "maximum buying power" of 0.65 standard lots, which works out buying or selling ...

It's all the same, 13k or 52k account, just multiply the thresholds by 4. On a 13k account, I need to cater for a maximum of 6 open trades. I'd say this happens once per 24h cycle, usually during the Asian session. Why 6 trades ? Well, a currency ...
