Happy New Year. Looks like the BOJ will be very busy next year.. I closed my short though I wish I held a bit longer. Money is money lol. Anyhow I’m getting ready to flatten left over positions into the weekend and start the year fresh.

I’m watching the 200 sma .. see which way it breaks on the daily.

So far so good. I’ve got a close order under 132 to close out the short if it hits over the next few hours. Back to dinner.

I’m still on the bearish side of this pair. Wouldn’t surprise me to see a retrace to close to the 200 dma. I’ll pick my spots to add to my short position on the daily and 4 hr charts.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see an over night retrace. Anyhow.. alerts set. See what happens.

I’m watching the 200 dma to see how far back we pull back before shorting this pair again. Typically I watch the daily and 4 hr for support resistance levels. And watch 4 hr 15 min and hourly when the trade is on. Actually I watch a lot of time ...

This morning Im going to wait for ISM for volatility. I can only speculate that the number will be better then expected giving the $ a temporary rally ... which Ill use to start positioning a short again. If it stinks..and the $ sinks again with it ...

I have a definite short bias .. BUT the 200 DMA is resistance for the moment. Lets see what type of bounce we get to short again.
