Interesting — Looks interesting. Can't wait to test it out.

Not entirely sure — I am not entirely sure about this but I believe if you switch the EA button "off" then it will turn off all EA's which are running within MT4. You can, however, switch off individual charts by right clicking on the chart, ...

    EA button question?
  • djudah replied Jun 13, 2007

Same Problems — I am still having the same problem as above. When trade #1 is stopped out (either for profit or loss) the EA does not enter me into trade #1 going the opposite direction. It happened once again on June 12/13. Any suggestions. ...

Thanks — Thanks charlies for the suggestion. The journal tab does not show any errors encountered. Maybe just a glitch with the broker?

Question — I have a question about the EA. I was taken in to a trade by price touching the BAT line heading down. This touch did not take me in to a short, however it did close my long. It has opened positions on the retrace, but I am ...

The BAT Method - The EA
  • djudah replied Jun 6, 2007

Ranging — Quick question about ranging. Do we take a position each time one of our fibo numbers are hit if they have not been taken profit? In the picture, it shows price bouncing around the 61.8 level. Would we enter each time it is touched ...

GBP/USD — Team Aphid, This looks to me to be a good candidate for range bound trading with BAT. Do you confirm? I am using MIG demo for this picture.

Don't give in — Don't give in to what others may want you to do. I say do what you stated you were going to do at the beginning of the thread and stick to that. We can all figure out your trades when they are posted. Even if you decide to post ...

Quick Question — Sidus, I have a quick question: In GFT there is no RVI indicator, is there a similar indicator to this? System looks great, thanks for sharing.

Keep on moving — Congrats Nip. I am slowly working toward the same goal. One thing I have found out is that a LLC might be best for trading, with mark to market accounting method, just something to think about. If you have questions about what ...

    NipThePips road to Professionalism
  • djudah replied Dec 23, 2006

Agreed — 5-10 is a good goal, but I think it would be best to let your profits run. If you are only looking for only 5-10, then why not trail the trade once you get your profit, that way you can lock in profits and possibly get more out of the ...

i need 5-10 PIPS ONLY per DAY!
  • djudah replied Nov 17, 2006

My Thoughts — I would say net gian/loss. If you average, then that is just what it is, an average of what you have made/loss, if you take net p/l then you know exactly where you are. Just my thoughts on that.
