Rag2Riches in 20 trades......This is what caught my eye about 3weeks ago and i decided to take a look at the thread. I read through from page 1 to 8 and got the idea being flown here. Its an interesting idea but so risky I won't even try it at home. ...

Rags to Riches in 10 or 20 Trades - Simplicity at its finest
  • hefhem911 replied Sep 16, 2013

Well, my entries are not random at all. My entries are precise and exits also. Like I said before, I use MAs and MACD. My entries and exits are on my MACD while the MA is used to know the market condition (trending or ranging) I am in. I wouldn't ...

Its been a while since I last post in here. Saw your thread on the most recent tab/section of the forum and decided to read it seeing the Topic is catchy. I like the fact that you are using MAs instead of some very fancy indi. Its a good start. ...

Well, everyone have a right to their opinion. I am of the opinion that my exit is more important than my entry. My entry for instance can be random but my exit can never be. More so, I like dynamic systems not rigid ones. As opposed to your style of ...

@ bull.bear, OK. Thanks. But, on a m1 chart, what settings will you be looking at? I will take it up from there. @ Turveyed, can you post a chart example? Thanks @ Nijee I once used TSI before. I replaced it though seeing I wasn't getting what I ...

@ bull.bear, Can you explain this in more detail? Do you have any statistical proof for the statement? Or a setting/parameter you can suggest I start a research on using stoch? How? Why? Any chart to prove this? @ Simons447 Despite the fact I trade ...

  • hefhem911 replied Jan 31, 2013

@ bull.bear, The problem is that, personally, I don't like stoch apart from the fact that I don't fully understand the math behind it. It also gives too much false entry/exit signals (well, maybe I haven't done enough research on this or don't know ...

OK. I pay 3.0 on GbpJpy (with oanda) but pays 7.0 with instaforex. Most pple pays 7.0 and thats why I used 7 for illustration.

think this.... — If you are considering spread cost, then, its better you just trade the basket and pay 40pips in spread than pay 7pips * 14 (98pips) on GBPJPY alone
