You can use currency futures volume-related data from CME and trade in the FX spot market on MT4/5 or whatever platform you choose to use.

You can create a 90-minute chart in MT4/5 by using an "offline chart".

Click the paper clip icon at the top of the page. The Stoch RSI indicator is attached to one of the posts in this thread. It's available for MT4 and will work on IG MT4, no problem.
