I think so as well. Looks like we are breaking more to upside. Waiting for H4 to lock higher to confirm but will test a small buy.

We tested 1.1028 area but didn't lock beneath. MACD still down. Still below green line (H1). Only scalps for me until more clear direction.

H4 has crossed over on MACD. I'm sure will get sideways and retest 1.1079ish but next floor might be 1.1035 then 1.096. Pretty much same as LCForex. Just pointing more out the MACD crossover of H4 a bit a of big deal I think.

Higher low unless September is broken. IMO.

As said before by many, nothing moves in a straight line. We continue to break new lows over time. (W1) Yellow box 2015-17, 1.084-1.035 area. A possibility I don't see why not. Time will tell. Green to all either way.
