Try searching on google "bigE full pdf forex factory". You might be able to find the full pdf with all his teaching. I can't help much other than this right as I am using my phone. Hopefully Emmanuel will be able to link you to the material.

Click on the paper click and do some browsing there. There are many pdf available with the rules. And, remember, those rules are not enough to become a profitable TMS trader. There's much more to it.

Are you using a 5EMA instead of the APB channel? So if it closes below or above the 5ema, will that be a confirmation for your trade?
