I won't say you're wrong. Strictly speaking we're in a ~30-40 pip range. If you had a long bias, buying at 1054 would be the best place. If you had a short bias, selling about 1084 would have been ideal. 1070 is kinda the mid point.

If we close above 1084, the bulls win. I'll have to cut and start going long.

It is not a heads and shoulder pattern. You're trying to force the chart to conform to your bias. I circled the double top pattern. If price reaches the neckline, that would be a good place to short.

I think we've successfully broken the neckline. A bounce up to 1.1091 should be allowed. And I'm secretly hoping it does reach that price so that I can short. But any higher and I'll start to think that the bears are struggling to keep price down.
