That quick push was a nice 20 pip move for scalpers. All the signs were there too. M1 to H1 were all aligned.

Will this H4 come down further? Here is the short term

Seems like its a volume based approach. If so, then it would be more prone to changing per bar depending on where the 'big money' 'wants the price to go' hence the change. But I could be wrong.
