There really isn't that much to teach to make a good trader. Just learning to read Price action and supply and demand is all you need. Thing is you have to aquire experience trading realtime and also have discipline, which takes time to develop.

Why can't every good trader teach well?
  • FranCisc0 replied Jul 18, 2013

Ttop that is just based on "your" experience/reality, and doesnt mean everyone else will go through the same one. There a plenty of people that make money and no you dont need alot of money to make make more of it in forex or futures markets. Thats ...

If your gonna be day trading I recommend you use a futures so you dont have to worry about the spread, and a system that is based on limit orders preferably.

How difficult is it to find an effective daytrading method?
  • FranCisc0 replied Apr 20, 2013

In smaller time frames a 1-3 pip spread can make a trade that could've been 2-1 or a little more only back to 1-1 and sometiimes even less. I started using futures and its made all the difference, now i can use the 5 min and 1 min charts without ...

If you can demo for 3-6 months and be profitable then it is worth going live with in my opinion. But i would think most beginners hit a good run in a week and they suppose that their ready for a live account, thats a mistake i fell for as well.
