Yes i can load version three but not version 4 which appears to have a better layout the new 600 version is required in order to load the templates. Does anyone have this?

Okay brand new and have read dozens of post i like this one very much but i cannot load the file into MT4 Can some one assist? I have extracted and installed into templates but nothing shows up just a few tings off to the side.
