As i learn from past chart, i found that a TDI cross = HA color change (this mean setup candle #1). so can i trade on candle #2 open (using japanese candle)? Is that safe?

yes.. you can use the one on paperclip by mch (no S/R78 by default).. i have modded mine to show all level..maybe ill post it here or somewhere after im done messing with the code.. right now its buggy..

CMIIW, It was used together with your pivot set to short Davit. The price level came from your pivot. i did a little mod for my self adding 78 level, also 138,161 and 200 level.
