That's interesting Joselb. Have you had good success with this method on the H1 timeframe? Do you use jaws and lips of the Alligator in any way, or do you just pay attention to the teeth?

Thank you for sharing this system, Melpheos. It makes a lot of sense and I'm going to give it a try. For the SL, I am thinking of putting it a few pips above/below the 50 SMA, since the SMA is likely to act as support/resistance after being broken.
