Alpari UK has just closed my trade without hitting stoploss... Alpari's phone lines say "all outbound lines unavailable"

1. I like to take touch trades only on MAs of higher TF without COB. 2. I realise that if price touches a MA and the price closes 2pip away from it, it is often a reversal.

Unable Scripts. — I've not been able to use the scripts. I added zero to each SL and TP to accommodate my broker's 5 decimal places. And A_Buy and A-Sell are not popping up dialog box as A_SetLotSize does (see pic below). Kindly advise. Thanks.

What about bounce at 10MA of 15M, when or how should one expect first touch at 10MA and not 35MA? I'm going back to the manual as well. Thank you for the info about my broker, i'll definitely look into that.
