Perhaps I am reaching a bit too far with what I am about to say, but isn't the operative key word here "Counterparty" that can determine the situation? What if your foreign broker is not a counterparty as many brokers utilize a Straight Through ...

Was with AMIFX for about a year and in the beginning was filled 25-50% of the spike, but that stopped after a while and last I traded with them I was slipped to bottom and top of spikes. Also their closing is a bit delayed. I would not reccommend ...

Typical of a bucketshop. STP brokers do not requote and take that long to process.

I doubt they are STP. I never met an STP direct market access broker using 4 digits and fixed spreads. Just does not happen. Also, to determine whether a broker is STP using MT4 the limit orders (stops and take profits) should be able to be set zero ...

That is correct. Go Markets is not the dealer. They are a white label for their liquidity provider in New Zealand that manipulates the execution and fills. They have the benefit of saying they use currenx for the data feed, but the clients positions ...

ATC Brokers without a doubt. 200:1 leverage and USA customers allowed. One of the tightest spreads around.

I concur. ATC Brokers is one of the 2 brokers I trade with and I am very happy with the service, execution, spreads are one of the tightest I have seen and low commissions. Not to mention 200:1 leverage and no NFA BS.

Osiris fx is an offshore broker in the BVI. They are a direct market access (STP) broker without a dealing desk. The prices you get come directly from top tier banks and with no interference from the broker. They just offer the platform to deliver ...

They do not have to comply if they are dually registered with FSA and NFA. The issue comes down to where the funds are and the funds are being held in UK banks and not in USA banks. Although, I would not put it past the CFTC to try to infuence FSA ...

The only way a USA citizen can trade with a UK broker is if the UK broker is a member of the NFA and CFTC and offer only Forex and not CFD's. Here are some USA brokers you can trade with in the UK: ATC brokers (ECN MT4) FXCM FX Solutions ...

I concur about ODL. When I traded with them I always had excellent fills, without slippage or requotes and no stop hunting. I will miss them.

One of my brokers is MT4 and I make a good full time income from trading. You obviously do not know what you are talking about.
