Yeah I was on that one from last night but got BE before the move. What is your rule when to put BE? Do you move your stop or do you take profits so it's BE?

Hello everybody! I haven't had the time to properly trade for a while but I have had my charts open. What I have noticed is that almost always when there is a h4 engulf (and preferaply a close too) the price retraces to that zone before actually ...

Last couple of weeks have been hard for me. I always seem to flip flop with the direction and end up burning money (still demo). Also I seem to have a problem of trying to pick tops and bottoms. I went through the last couple of weeks and focused on ...

Hi guys! It's been great week for me so far. I have managed to get a little crasp of things. You just need to keep in mind the overall trend the whole time and not get sucked in to counter trend trades. However I'm strugling a little with PA ...

Thank you for your analysis. I see it now. This is still quite hard in live markets Here is what I saw when it happened. image I edited the image to show the case in the morning. I'm still not sure how I would have made a ...

I was buying euro (luckyly in demo) Some how I read the trend wrong and even confirmed it in USDX. I see it now but I would be glad to hear your analysis how did you determine direction in the morning? What PA told you it was going ...

This has been a frustrating week so far because I had short bias but still I was waiting for banks to collect stops so going up. GU cleared stops yesterday so I was waiting for shorts and caught a monster on touch trade ...

Bought EU on Frankfurt open. Had a feeling we would be clearing those stops up high in to weekly supply. Now waiting for short opportunities. USDX had a huge gap to the down side during weekend in my feed but how can it move if the underlying ...

Thank you for the comment. Sounds good considering your R:R. By the way how do you plan your take profits? I seem to have a tough time getting good R:R because you could take profit on opposite weekly, daily or H4 zones so It's hard to figure out ...

Have been studying charts for couple of days and It's starting to make sense! This needs patiance and I will probably demo this for a good 2-3 months before committing any money. One question: Once price gets to a daily zone or weekly area, how long ...

Well previously I would wait for a new zone on m30 and many times it would form but never come back (or when I zoom in to m15 or m5 I see the zone is already exhausted) and I miss the move. Now, I have been reading this thread for only a week so ...

Also a realization for me. I had my rules on m30 supply and demand for HH LL and I occasionally switched to D1 but now that I actually have D1 and H4 always open it's so much clearer. But maybe the biggest realization for me was to actually wait and ...

Made a late entry last evening down below and a new buy on UK market open. I saw m30 engulf on the open and bought the dip on m15. USDX has room to drop and it seems m30 engulfed downside there. Any thoughts?

Hi C-12! I just wanted to thank you for opening my eyes. I have been trying to get supply and demand trading to work for years now. First I watched all Sam Seidens videos and read through Kenneth Lee's thread years back and it has been a long ...

I'm going to save you sone time on this one. There are brokers who don't increase spreads like crazy during news. I have tested atleast 20 brokers with real money and they all have low spreads during news. The problem with low spread brokers are ...

Oanda has very large spreads around the news time because it is a market maker. USD/XXX has 15 pip max spread (in for example NFP) and other pairs have usually max spread of 20 pips. However oanda doesn't have slippage (or very very little). So it's ...

It's good instant 20 pip spike but with 15 pip spread you can't get any money. Usually it doesn't have any continuation either.
- Electry replied May 27, 2014
That's not actually a bad idea! I will have to think about it which is better. One thing is though is that would you need double the account size because of the low leverage to get the same profit?
- Electry replied May 26, 2014
Well you saw I had over 50 pip of slippage on two other brokers so 15 pip spread and no (very little) slippage sounds a lot better don't you think? So yes. I wouldn't trade NFP on any other broker to be honest.
