MT4 ECN — We have made a new change to our MT4 ECN. Now we have added the functionality to take partial lots off. so if you have a .50 position you can sell .10 which results in a .40 position. Also commission is $40 per million USD traded.

Well if FXDD wants to play games with the CFTC that is their choice. I would venture to guess a letter like that to clients certainly connects the dots. you say 50:1 is the end of the world and your freedom... I say that it will be fine.
