Here is a chart showing difference between 5,3,3, & 14,3,3 on GBPUSD H4 Notice how the quicker stochastic gives earlier signs of reversal in the blue boxes. I prefer the slower, smoother stoch on the 4 hour chart.

Dan, I don't think any single bar was a PIN (for the reason you stated), but there were some PINs formed by merging 2 bars (see below). Great trade anyway based on 2 hour PINS!
