I closed out as well +25...US treasuries going out at day's high, yld down 2bps (eur/usd positive) & stocks firm (risk on eur/usd positive)...maybe jump back on the long train Monday, but do not want to be short the U$D over the weekend.

US treasuries are a little higher, i'd add another lot to my long, but i view this trade as perishable as I'd like to be out before close to skirt the negative carry...we'll see

I see divergence on hourly chart and US treasuries are a touch off lows...I limped into the long train 1.1244 ish avg, we'll see.

hello, i'm new to this and really enjoy this thread...does carry come into play in timing entries and exits? Do you view a long eur/usd trade as perishable if you're trading short term (1H) due to the negative carry?
