It just collapses to 1.1424, I don't think the price is stable from all sites. After all it's not a normal opening, as it's after a new year opening... I notice the price all tend to don't sync at all.

I can vouch that something did happen between them, and my radar was flashing red when something commercial was suggested when we met as a group just to discuss trading. And he did apparently go MIA... not sure the actual details, but best to ask ...

I am none the wiser, this is just my opinion based on what I have read. Basically they are allowing the inflation to run slightly above 2.0% just as they have allowed it to run slightly below 2.0%. You can read more here. url

Actually, I wouldn't call it stop hunting more like manipulation. But it's a common practice and from my experience, I realise there is always some "news" or "events" to trigger the price to move in accordance to TA.
