Hey Don, I actually don't use any indicators. My measure of lost momentum was simply seeing decent buying strength preventing a further immediate drop. Aparrently it wasn't a good call because Im out and its still going .

In the short time frame, Im seeing a series of lower highs with a flat bottom at .7586. I believe this pair will push through that bottom for a ride lower. In short.

Just closed my shorts... for now. Looks like it will not be punching through the bottom during NY session. Will be looking to put the shorts back on during London.

Great analysis! I would agree with the sentiment that the bears are in control with downward pressure to 1.0495 and beyond, until the bulls prove otherwise. One nice rally is not making me second guess the long term downward trend at the moment.
