my 2 cents — my 2 cents are: you have to use ATR to determine both the trailing stop and TP levels. as volitility shrinks your TP and stop loss should also. thats what i am doing on the daily charts with G/Y. based everything off of a ATR(10). ...

i saw your response to which method you are using... but still a little confused to as to which one it is. I have always though the HA is a good indicator... hence my name ) anways great system.. and will be looking at this A LOT more.

ATR? — hey how about using the current ATR value to determine profit targets and stop loss settings. maybe a percentage... like 30% of daily ATR or something... what you think?

just change the parameters... from the standard parameters to 50,3,0 i have not tried it on other curriencies... gbp/usd just moves a lot. tsr signal line was originaly on another forum.... i was using it first with the color changes when the slope ...

yeah wait till >20 pips away. i was trying to reduce the number of whipsaws as it seems that sometimes a candle will pierce the signal line but not close... hey maybe all we need to do is do a buy or sell when >20 pips (need to look into this ...

seems to work better on 4hr charts.... seems less prone to whipsaws.. problem is being there to close and reverse when crosses through signal line. thats why an indicator with alerts... or an EA to automatically trade would be good.. thats another ...
