Hi. I was wondering if Tradingview's pinescript language is powerful enough to implement MP? I've been browsing their api and there seems to been several plot functions. (I haven't coded in years) I'm waiting for an httpget or email function if they ...

I don't know how Saxobank works with eur/chf puts. In equity options via Ameritrade/Thinkorswim, there is a risk profile graph where a position has a maximum loss even though the underlying stock can go all the way down to zero. Even though price ...

Can anybody explain if the options market is 'safer' than than OTC broker. From my understanding, a broker funnels trades to a liquidity provider (banks) which can quote all the way to 0.99 in eurchf resulting in negative equity. In options, the OCC ...

I'd like to know how FXCM got clients into negative balances with this feature. I thought that whenever there was a margin call an open trade would close out automatically but maybe the liquidity dried up so fast at a level that the software ...

I've never had a negative balance with FXCM and was always closed out automatically from a trade with that annoying margin call wav file. So, when EURCHF went down to these silly slippage levels far far away from what was specified as the 'stop', ...

I'm watching gbpusd to move upside in the opposite direction of eur/gbp, if correlations hold (I believe). I'd like to see if the 9/10 pivot holds which I measure as the daily balance.

I love this because it truly is someone's mindset that determines outcome. It's very motivating. I have a question about these market inefficiencies. Is this related to auction market principles where price gets out of value or balance for a given ...

Here's a vid to see in between trades. It profiles various folks taking up trading at home. Someone noteworthy at the end who has been trading for seven years is very determined in spite of his sister's concerns. I think his story relates to some of ...

I 1000% believe in eating whole foods as our true wealth. I do believe in the body always trying to heal itself and maintain blood pH in balance. This balancing act can be seen in market profile charts as well and in everything that involves ...

I can understand 1.27 since the euro is ranging between 1.32 and 1.27 on the weekly, but to go from 1.27 to 1.48 is too long term for me. We haven't even started Feb yet.

Thanks MZ for the graphic. I forgot to mention the chart is a daily chart. I'll go back and see how a trend is defined as it relates to imbalances.

I believe this is key in the use of MP in developing one's strategy. Analyzing the transition from one fill to the next can help develop merge rules. Perhaps the outdated nature refers to traditional initial balances, intraday, etc concepts. I ...

Bandung — Merging profiles on the MT platform is INCREDIBLE programming. My subconcious kept putting an 'mp3' instead of an 'mpm' while I was playing with it. I haven't tried 1.31 yet though.

Trading can offer an entrepreneur a means to raise capital in the market to create or run his/her own business. Trading may not offer a product or service but indirectly build businesses that hire the doctors, mechanics, and bakers. Heck, even if I ...

I think this is a great post on merging profiles from swing points. I'm currently trying to apply my strategy on usdcad right now to see the 'sentiment' if you will as measured by the developing poc. The power of combining profiles I think is an ...
