{quote} If I may ask, how did you determine 12530? Thanks, in advance.
Yesterday I said that the institutions target was 12350 which was hit and then market distributed and then came off.
The institutional traders use specific measurements as their profit targets. These are based on 1x , 2x etc profit target points.
They will be based on shorter and longer term timeframes.

Next time I know a target point I will post it here.

At the moment it looks like on the short term TF there are a couple of targets between 85, 95

BTW the 25 Delta risk Reversals are very negative for EUR today.

could imagine the big boys will at least run the stops up there , before any meaningfull short swings happen, but I expect it then, to go down only for a few days, the trend is still solid long.

Hit their Profit target and sold off.
At the moment it looks like longs liquidating, not actual selling pressure.

Sell Limit at 1.2500
- reason:
1. @Daily_Pivot R1 level
2. No H1 close above 1.2503
...no target yet (intraday range, anyway)

With the bears also... Yesterday I opened some shorts after the touch of the weekly TL before Trump. Stop: 1.2550 Target: 1,2350 & 1,21
Another touch of 1.25 is almost necessary to go down again. I don't expect a new high today.

Sometimes trading can be very easy.

Institutions had profit target in the blue box area.
As price approaches you get a surge in volume as they take profit and start accumulating for shorts.

As price goes down on decreasing volume and we had a high volume test of the take profit area the market makers will want to retest that blue box to see if there is any business still there. As price goes back up but on lower volume than before price will not break through that high.

Also I know what value is below the market, the lines on my chart represent where the euro should be valued at the moment on this very short term chart.
