Hi Emmanuel,
Could you please tell me the reason why you choose UJ among: UJ, EJ, AJ, GJ?
Thank you.

I have also AJ and EJ trades closed with profits so I look for UJ trade opportunities ahead of next weeks BoJ announcement. Maybe I catch another big Lotto model win next week for this 2nd quarter.

study those two models and do not use martingale as suggested in that video.

also study this thread's OP money management.
work on your own MM based on your financial goals and your risk appetite.
I don't risk 15-30% of each $10,000 per currency pair I chose to trade.

rather you create your own CashFlow™ model which will generate an average amount of cash income for your every week consistently over a period of minimum 36 months. Do not look for short term gains, rather look for consistency build over time. Set SMART™ goals.

The money I put into my last trading account ($10,000) I don't even think about it. It's like the money you take to Las Vegas. You hope to win but don't often... Your taking money for entertainment and relaxation... So I don't give it a second thought... It's entertainment money as I said... Besides It always grows larger...

I've never used money management rules like most people use it... 2-3% on a trade... never seemed to fit my personality and I'm sure it's frustrated more than a few of you out in Forex Land...

Most of my trades use from 15-30% of my account... why? That's where I feel most comfortable trading.... and why one of MY PERSONAL RULES is to exit the trade at the 12-15 pip pullback region... Regardless of the time frame... It's always worked for me... and made me pips...

I take the best trade set ups... I got the patience of Job and Moses...

DE30 Week 16 trades closed Apr 18.

This week no major event so no lotto wins but consistent profits trading once every 4 hours and/or when I have the time to check my trading computer.

Not bad weekly cash-flow income this week for short 4 days work-at-home.

But it is equal to 1,7 lots on currency crosses where 1 lot is worth 10 usd per 1 pip.

and the OP Big E was trading 2 to 4 standard lots on his 8 currency pairs.

I split mine into smaller lots per position in one basket of maximum 5 positions/basket.

There are 3 different modes how the TDI can be use. In this Post#24705, there is a pdf description of the TDI parameters by Dean Malone the creator of the TDI which explains all the various setting combinations possible..
https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...36#post6946036

Big E used the scalper mode (aggressive)

Note the Volatility band is set to period 34 with the upper and lower bands displacements +/- 1.6185.

When you set your RSI price Line to Typical Price value 5 and you look at the price action, this setting works better than the older version in Post#25. The angle of the RSI price line is less important.

USDJPY Apr 18 H4 Tokyo +2 This morning's Japan PMI data release did not impress and that did not move the market today. so the waiting continues until ... I don't know when... maybe when NY session data later. the last H4 RSI price line did not show the angle I always want to trade. {image} still not out of the woods yet... and now we see a H4 Master Candle ... consolidation range high-low. Post#647 warns us to look for consolidation and not to trade when PA is in consolidation. Do you have this rule? But Post3647 did not say you cannot trade H1...
Also watching this pair.

Hi emmanuel thanks for all the helpful information. Regarding the real time TDI do you personally use that? And why do you recommend that version vs OPs original #25 TDI

What seems to work for me is when Iím in the trade the moment I see it hook I just exit and keep profits also I move my stoploss to break even and move up in increments when in profit. Any tips ideas?

{quote} be very careful with that Post#7612, that green line in that post chart is not what we would see in live market when we use the TDI Red Green version Post#25. The 'like a worm' nonsense here. that Post#7612 rule only apply using the TDI Realtime version. TDI Realtime version download [here]....
