Hey thanks for that link Blazer, I normally listen to the radio early in the morning and probably dont realise quite how distracting it actually is.

Here's the thing though, after reading this this morning it inspired me to transpose a section of the GBPUSD into notation for my fiddle (violin) ...The strangest thing happened ! A near perfect rendition of "Road to hell" by Chris Rea !! Always hated that song but .... Spooky hey !?!?

Any long Pink Floyd track works for me, regardless of activity.

Open AOL Radio - it has all the Types of music you could possibly choose from.

I personally ussualy listen to Sabor Cubano or Salsa, inside the Latino category, I dont' know Spanish and have know any affiliation with that region but I think it just rocks - non-litteraly of course.. Sometimes I also listen to rock, country and more modern electronic music.

Good trading all

I must admit I haven't listened to any music while trading. Too busy agonising over where the market is going. Yes I'm not very good, but at least I'm humble http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

I m going to give classical a try. You convinced me. Thanks for the post

since there is hot discussion in next thread about atr, stops, tp -
there is some basic rules can be applied in trading - relevant to both threads:
MM:
//----
You got to know when to hold them, know when to fold them. Know when to walk away, and know when to run.
You never count your money, when you're sitting at the table. There will be time enough for counting, when the dealins done.
The secret of surviving - is knowing what to throw away and knowing what to keep
and every hand it's winner and every hand it's looser
and the best you can hope for is to die in your sleep
