absolutely right ... but the market should push the USD so that there is an improvement in the implementation of the TRUMP 2 Trillion USD program to overcome the effects of COVID-19 including reducing unemployment. Isn't TRUMP saying 90% of workers in the USA should not be put off their employment relationship?

BAD NEWS for USD

Please check your math. 6648K = 6,648,000. And thats not the full number, its the change, the amount of new unemployed. So +2%.
Everyone can see the chart, but only a few can actually read it.

For Information.
There is currently NO democratic Party contender declared for the 2020 US presidential elections.
There are two current nominees of which Bernie Saunders remains one. Biden is at this point leading, but far off the 1991 delegation votes needed. Whether Saunders will or wont be the final choice is not a matter of fact at this point. It is a matter of Opinion.
I see no reference in Barkies post implying that Saunders is the Democratic Nominee.
But hey dont let that deter fractious allegations that he doesn't know what he is talking about.

I love seeing people be so reactive to fundamentals and even charts... guys/girls, just be proactive and adapt to the situation... the market does not care what you think or need, your god will not help you nor will he hear your prayers, just learn to be a real trader and create the right midnset of being proactive towards both data and charts.

I see so many saying the USD should be weak... the question is why should it be weak?! when in the current market phase the USD is seen as a safe-heaven and has been gaining on any bad news that comes out.

Adapt to the markets... they change, currencies react differently to each market phase, start with understanding the market phase before you start throwing your money into the brokers and wasting your time.

Also to all of you expecting a depression learn cause and effect, a very important skill for trading successfully...

clearly the numbers are becasue of lockdowns not becasue of no demand for work but because people are not allowed to work... so the basic playout of this "cause / effect" scenario is: it will all go back to normal when the lock downs are lifted.

Start thinking like a real trader and adopt a basic proactive approach to data, charts and YOUR ACTIONS.

The USD will adjust to the downside. There are shorts profit taking before and during the news bc thats when liquidity is the highest and also uncertainty so they just get ride of there positions, then the algos kick it. By tomorrow it will have begun to adjust.

when a shock is a kind of temporary and not permanent, following your chart is the best choice. because when the shock has no a unit root it will be back to its trend. matching with the current situation is whether with fund or chart, you try to speak beautifully and not like a trader.

The joy of a the Global Reserve Currency: good news for the USD and it will rise. Bad news for the USD will panic global trade into the Foremost Reserve Currency: USD. Until there is a new Reserve Currency, which will happen some time in the future but no body knows when or what that looks like, the USD will behave differently to all other currencies. Trade the charts not the bias.

And I don't try to speak beautifully, I speak beautifully because my words are backed by knowledge which is backed by know-how.

Ross thanks for proving my initial post - Sanders CAN NOT WIN- IT IS MATHEMATICALLY IMPOSSIBLE - Hence any talk of Sanders in 2020 implies ignorance of the fact.

In times of emergencies politics should be put aside and people come together to get thru the crisis - but some people,, Barkie, are too consuumed with TDS ......so sad
...because you never know - until you do!
