I read this and one concern I have is the 5 G could be the cause of this from research done in Wuhan as the city went on full 5 G then people started dying.... getting back, it says there are massive orders for 5 G ...this conspiracy theory should be investigated more closely...

I am not a doctor or anything, but I heard rumors that people were dying in Wuhan before also. We might die one day, too, lets hope not, but its a possibility.

Lets talk about the statistics, though my sympathy for those who passed away -

Spanish flu (originated from usa to Spain) - 50million!!

SARS death (originated from China) - 748 death.....wow!

H1N1 death (orginated from usa) - 350K deaths......no worldwide news coverage, no one bother as it was usa

Covid 19 death (originated from China) - 4K.......WOW SUPER WOW, we are all fxxked, said the news and government.

Do you see a logic among these statistics??????

Covid-19 came at a time where world is fragile on its economy and who knows what conspiracy theory or truths we might find out in 10-20years time when the tin is finally opened and surprised what worms and governments are involved......all just conspiracy theories.

Exactly sir, in the future maybe we'll find out the truth about where this virus really came from,where it originated unless it's covered up, but that won't help all the people that we lose now,god rest their souls.
There's no point in comparing established or past virus when it's the data of today countries act on.
It can be projected and that projection unhindered its millions dead or severely affected health wise.
It's like comparing apples with pears, Spanish flu had a 2.5% death rate.
Also you don't know how it can change over time.

Health care would be overrun, the death rate would go through the roof on today's data on the health system variable alone. Look Italy's data. There's also collateral damage to others in hospital with other illness to consider.
20% end up in a hospital worldwide.
Double infections if you like then that's 10% of everyone infected in a short time
I highly doubt you can have it and not know through the entire infection. That's not logical at all.
What I've noticed here is serious critical dropping and death going up with the same 20%
Question is how long does it take to kill then how many people actually infected to get the actual rate.
It's going to be over 2.5% however you juggle it, that's the true comparison to what we look at with Spanish flu

This story is an ad. And it is in pretty poor taste tbh.
Itīs very unfortunate that Jeff Brown chooses to discourage the use of masks. Jurisdictions that have "flattened" the infection curve - e.g. Hong Kong, Singapore and now, potentially, the Czech Republic, use masks; countries that donīt use masks (western Europe, USA, etc) are experiencing exponential infection curves. Sure, simple surgical masks do not provide 100% protection against being infected but a mask could still save your life by preventing you from receiving a full viral load when in contact with an infected person. As I understand it, if a mask reduces the volume of virus entering your body, your immune system has more time to mount a defense against the virus meaning you may avoid a stay in an icu or worse. And, of course, if you are a carrier, wearing a mask may save multiple lives by reducing the amount of virus you are putting into the air around you. Even in a lock-down situation, people are generally allowed out to buy food, meds, etc. In those circumstances, which (hypothetical) queue would you chose to be in when waiting to enter the pharmacy, the one were everyone is masked or the no-mask queue? I know this little anecdote does not prove the efficacy of facemasks but peace of mind can be priceless.
once you get to the stage of a ventilator you are in a very serious condition where your immune system has gone completely crazy killing everything in sight, you are very close to septic shock within days. So the recovery rate from a ventilator with corona virus is low you've got about a 1 in 4 chance of staying alive with a lot of damage to lung tissue

Statistical, non-conspiracy explanations:

1-different countries locked down patient ZERO in different ways/times
2-different countries report the actual cases in different ways
3-God is sending the epidemic to certain places only and at certain times

or

more likely:

COVID is just another managed false flag that is hitting the different countries in correlation with Flu standard season.

Guess what? Here in OZ we are just moving into autumn and bang COVID is hitting hard (or allegedly is doing so).

Keep safe and stop believing mass-media lies.

I take your point but where are you getting these numbers? No more than 20k died form H1N1 everywhere.

I can't believe we're still having this discussion and that people are still confused. Of course a mask is helpful. The Chinese are not stupid. And math is math whether you're using a pencil and paper, a calculator or looking at news flashes on an iphone.
