  • February ‘flash’ PMI signals modest growth of German economy despite slump in exports

    From markiteconomics.com

‘Flash’ PMI ® survey data from IHS Markit indicated a modest expansion of German private sector business activity in February, with the rate of growth little-changed from that recorded at the start of the year. EU production numbers likely to improve as China completely shuts down.

Inflation may return with a vengeance as a result.

Do u see how the down was long . 300 pip . Technically selling is done for now . Oversold . A correction should happen . Plus the euro data is not bad which might help . Plus trump will jump soon to tell the dollar is strong

No need to convince us. I normally don't trade that pair but I looked at it quickly. I see nothing to buy into (don't use oversold indicators). You may be right. Only time will tell. But you are betting that a relatively strong trend stops because the indicator says oversold. I would not do that. Instead I would look for a retracement to the 1.1 area (now that quite away) and then sell it again.

Yes exactly, taking a buy just because you are thinking it is oversold would be trading in the blind. There is no such thing as oversold or overbought - it only exist in the retail mind... You might win on a buy this time, but this kind of thinking will not make you profitable in the long run (in my humble opinion).

That may be. But that has nothing to do with an oscillator being oversold or overbought. But I will give you this one temporarily (:

EU is not USA. A lot of the components that are fed into the German industrial machine come from East Europe and Turkey.
