It is both stupid and pre-mature to start talking about a "phase 2" even before a "phase 1" is landed. This "phase 1" they created some 4 weeks ago after bunch of disagreements, and as they needed to exclude this first. They then sorted a few agreement points into a "phase 1" to feed the Trumphet followers, as he had told the whole World how good he is to negotiate.... Then they could not make a decent content on what they agreed to, and now it is very uncertain again….or let`s say it is certain it will not be this year, and possibly not in January either. So now some hungry media trainees like to make some media lines on a "phase 2"....very interesting.....ZZZZZ. I do not understand how it is possible to write so much about so little.

All titles seems to feed algorithms..
Just watch public position and post first negative news so that algo programmed software short sell.
Then plant positive news, the same algo do covering.
Seems few are cleverly playing this game since long time.
It is a computer game. Look like president trumph love to play it often too.

Phase 1 is already complete, but a smart negotiator won't sign phase 1 until the last phase is completed because you make signing phase 1 based on the counter party signing phase 2. In essence there is no phase 2...you just make the other side think there is, give them a great deal in phase 1 and then, oops, I'm sorry, we won't sign that unless you sign phase 2 (intellectual property theft).

This sounds like a low frequency modulation signal with long range penetrating power in attempt to pre-manipulate the market sentiment. It is quite naive however as no one will begin to price in anything before this political chaos situation improves. Until then trade your chart and don’t care about articles like this one.

BTW, it is not like there are not being singed deals with the US, and that there are always disagreements around. Not at all. I saw just 2 turkeys signing a deal with Donald that they will not be eaten this weekend, and Donald was just as happy as the turkeys, as he will only eat their cousins.
I still think they were a bit suspicious and looked very uncomfortable in the company with this guy with the weird hair….They looked a bit more secure and happy when he went off with his Melania.
