Ignored
Any tarrif is ALWAYS passed on to the consumer. An even tarrif say 10% in and out will be of benefit to uk as it imports more than exports.
As always there are wnnners and losers. Stuff gets more expensive, less gets bought. Neither side wants to jeopardise trade via tarrifs it doesn't make sense. Europe and UK have traded for hundreds of years and it will always be that way.
