October 31st is less than 100 days away, this will be working against time.

Between MPs and EU27 who can sway the deal. Obviously EU27, MPs only have wishful thinking.

It will be in the best interest of all parties to get a deal, let all concerned get this done

1. The present deal has been rejected by the UK parliament four times;
2. The EU have steadfastly said that the deal cannot be re-negotiated;
3. No deal is likely to be blocked by the UK parliament.

Unless one of the above conditions changes, then the UK is likely to remain in the EU by default!

Only way for Boris is a GE and make it a de facto Brexit referendum. polls are showing the pro Brexit majority growing.

UK needs to free itself once and for all from the EU. Will be the best for them overall, in the long run.

What polls are you looking at..? The rabbit population of NSW?

There is NO pro-Brexit Poll MAJORITY. Hasnt been for 18 months.

...and if you look at the graph for June '16 it has remain in the majority...

However there are opinions airing (just as valid as any other guess) that Boris is hamstrung by the current occupants of the House of Commons and a GE may be the only solution. We shall see.

Personally ... another GE, for preference or maybe a referendum, would re-state the country's desires and provide a clear path forward.

The only way this deal will get done is a general election and the people pick the mp's who will deliver what the people want.
