Ignored
Effect on UK economy? 10B per year? SFA. Zero.
It represents 01.22% of projected UK Public expenditure for 2018.
Whole thing is ridiculous.

UK Government is charged with managing a $2,620,000 billion economy.
Need to stop thinking like Albert Arkwright (open all Hours) and step up to the real job of creating a framework for a positive post-brexit economic environment... about which there appears to be no plan.
