LOL When euro goes up, its manipulation...when it drops its manipulation...what do you people want? A 30 pip range all year so you can scalp both ways? As i understand when Eur/Usd reaches 1.1 they will say that the QE news will be in december
When Eur/Usd reaches 1.2 they will say the news will be in 2018
